TO KEBLE COLLEGE MIDDLE COMMON ROOM,
The MCR is headed by a committee, which organises a variety of events for you throughout the year including arts and cultural events, sports activities, movie nights, pub quizzes, and much more – all designed to provide a fun, engaging, and friendly atmosphere. The MCR is run by the committee.
The MCR is one of the most active graduate associations in Oxford. With events going on almost every day, there is always something to do if you’re knocking off work for the day. Besides organised events the MCR spaces are equipped with a piano, pool table and foosball table. Also: there is coffee!
Sports and Societies
Keble MCR members represent some of the best sporting teams in Oxford. Our rowers are renowned for their excellence on the river, and several Oxford Blues teams are filled with Keblites. See here for more information on sports at Keble and Oxford.
H B Allen Centre
Named for Heather B Allen, the H B Allen Centre is the graduate accommodation offered to Keble graduate students. It houses self-contained apartments, studios and ensuite rooms with shared kitchen facilities. Additionally there is a gym, a roof terrace, a study space and an MCR socialising space that all members of the college are welcome to use, regardless of whether you live in HBAC or not. Oxford is a wonderful place to study, but it can also be overwhelming. The MCR provides several resources to its members to look after your wellbeing, such as peer supporters, menstrual hygiene and sexual health products and weekly social events such as tea and cakes and Saturday morning brunch.

You can find the MCR spaces on Parks road by entering through the main gate, turn left towards Pusey Quad. The MCR is in staircase P4. You can always ask the porter for directions.
The MCR space in the HB Allen Centre can be accessed from Banbury Road and Mickey Lane. The MCR is located in staircase 2 right behind the lodge.
