The Hillary term wine tasting is here – but this time it’s not wine! We are excited to present cocktail tasting for the first time. Matt Lorenz, who owns the artisan cocktail bar Novella in Newport, is bringing down a selection of his favourite craft cocktails which he has spent years refining with advanced methods like distillation, clarification and fat washing. Expect meticulous blends of flavours and exotic twists on classic cocktails in this real life Netflix Drink Masters experience.
